World Oldest Man, Yisrael Kristal Dies at 113; A Month Before His 114th Birthday
The only certified oldest man in the world, Yisrael Kristal is dead. According to some sources, Yisrael Kristal survived the Israeli Holocaust and was certified by Guinness World Records as the oldest man in the world in March 2016.
The world oldest man, Yisrael Kristal died on Friday in a city in Israeli, Haifa at the age of 113.
According to press releases of Yisrael Kristal’s death in Some newspapers and news websites, his daughter, Schulamit Kristal confirmed that her father gave up the ghost just in a month before his 114th birthday.
The deceased, Yisrael Kristal had recently celebrated the 100th anniversary of his Bar Mitzvah which is the Jewish celebration of religious maturity in late year 2016 with his family and a big party for his 113th birthday was held on September 15 of the same year.
According to Yahoo! News, Yisrael Kristal hailed from the Polish Village of Zarnow on September 15, 1903 and, three month before the inventor of Airplane, Wright Brothers’ successfully powered airplane flight for the first time.
Yahoo! News added that Yisrael Kristal was deported to Auschwitz in 1944 and lost his lovely wife and two children during the Israeli Holocaust which he survived.
He moved to Israel in 1950.
He leaves behind his two children, 9 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
