President Buhari Will Be Working From Home Because of Rodents’ Infestation in His Office When He Was in London For Medication
It was a very happy moment when President Muhammadu Buhari returns home after spending more than 100 days in London for his health improvements.
It was a very great occasion for Governor Yahaya Bello and a very challenging incident for Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State.
Amidst the joy, Nigerians began to murmur when the president address the nation on Monday 21st of August, 2017 through a live broadcast.
Another news from the presidency that got some Nigerians worried is that the president won’t be able to commence his official work in the president office again but will will rather be working from home due to rodents that has infested on the office’s furniture and air conditioning systems.
The news was revealed to the general public when the senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the president, Garba Shehu was on a brief interview with THISDAY Newspaper on Monday.
- “Following the three months period of disuse, rodents have caused a lot of damage to the furniture and the air conditioning units.”
Garba added that the development will not affect the president’s duties as he will continue the work as normal in his house.
Adding that the Maintenance Company who will take care of the Predident’s office neatly has been summoned and, the maintenance process will be speed up quickly.
