North Korea Fired Ballistic Missile Over Japan As A Threat
Kim Jong ordered his countrymen, North Korean to fired a ballistic Missile over Japan yesterday.
Japan’s Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe referred to such incident as the “Most Serious and Gravest Ever Threat” to the country.
The ballistic missile was fired just before 6 a.m in Japan. Before the launch of the ballistic missile, a series of warnings was sent to all citizens in the northern part of the country calling on them to seek shelter in order to protect themselves.
The warning was sent to them via mobile phones which really caused panic among the residents.
When an Asian news website was reporting the catastrophic incidents, the ballistic missile flew over Erimomisaki on the northern island of Hokkaido and broke into three pieces before falling into the Pacific Ocean, about 1,180 kilometers (733 miles) off the Japanese coast.
According to LindaIkejisBlog, The missile was in flight of projectile for about fourteen minutes, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga said at an emergency press conference. He added:-
- “There is no immediate report of the fallen objects and no damage to the ships and aircraft.”
Japanese Prime Minister condemned the launch as a reckless act saying:
- ‘we have fully grasped the movement of the missile immediately after their launch and have been taking every possible effort to protect the lives of people. It is a serious and grave threat which impairs the safety and peace of the region’.
