Nigerian Federal Government Has Started Screening All Inbound Passengers at Airports For Ebola Virus

At Nigerian Airports, After the wold health governing body, has announced that Ebola virus has risen again in DR Congo, which has recently kill 3 patients , the federal government of Nigeria through the honorable minister of health, Isaac Adewole, has directed all health workers in Nigeria to test anyone diagnosed with Fever for Ebola virus, and the work has really commence without any arrant delay.

The federal government has started screening all Immigrating passengers into Nigeria at Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos and other airports across the country.

This action is a way employed to prevent passengers from bringing the deadly virus into Nigeria as it is known that The virus is currently not in the country although, patients with fever are being tested everyday to fight against the disease.

In archive, it could be remembered that in 2014, alot of inbounds including Nigerians lost their precious life untimely through the deadly virus which was imported from Liberia citizen, Patrick Sawyer.
